New Lead Responses
Speed of Responses, Initial Call is Crucial: The sytem will send out an automated email and SMS message once a lead comes into the system.
Initial Phone Call Response: Goal is 30 minutes or less to make the 1st Call with a maximum response time of 3 hours.
Quote Time Expectations
Move all leads into the Sent Quote column so the system can send out follow up emails.
Quote Same Day if Possible (after getting all info)

Pipeline Columns
New Lead: When a lead is added here, we send out an email and SMS messages instantly.
1st Call: After a new lead comes in, call them as fast as you can and move them here.
In the 1st Call, 2nd Call and 3rd Call columns leads will stay RED for days 1-3, YELLOW for days 4-6, and BLUE for days 7-9.
2nd Call: After a lead turns YELLOW in the 1st Call column, move them to the 2nd Call column and call them. The system will send out an email and sms message 1 hour after you move them here.
3rd Call: Same as above. After the lead turns YELLOW in the 2nd Call column move them here. We will send an email and sms message 1 hour after you move them here.
Need More Info: Leads go here after you went through all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Call columns. We will send them 6 emails, once a week for 2 months in this column.
Qualified Leads: Move qualified leads you are talking with here. We do not send any follow ups in this column.
Scheduled Appointment: Leads that book an appt through the softwares calendar will show here.
Sent Quote: Move leads here after you send them a quote. We will send them 6 emails, once a week for 2 months.
Job Complete: When a job is complete, move the lead here.
Future Project Follow Ups: If a leads project is more than a month away, move them here. We will send out drip emails every 20 days to the lead with educational information.
Not Interested: Move a lead here if they are not interseted. They will no longer get any follow up messages from the system.
Any column in the pipeline with an * will send out follow up messages.
